Delete your monitoring account

This requests permanent deletion of your monitoring account, cloud photos, videos, profile and connected-phone records. Local projects on your iPhone and independent downloads are unaffected.

During private testing, requests are verified and processed manually, normally within 30 days. This is a deletion request, not immediate erasure. We will confirm completion by email. Billing must be stopped as part of processing so your account is not charged afterward; records legally required for accounting or disputes may be retained. Download anything you need before continuing.
